When you interact with our services, we collect the information that you choose to share with us. For example when you sign us for one of our programs, we give access to the program to you through your google drive. This requires your email address and only through your consent do we accept it and start to send you the programs directly to your google drive folders. Other than that the only other information we keep of you is your name, so we can know which individuals are one our programs. We also sometimes connect to you through your Facebook and by requesting access to our Facebook groups you understand that your information on your personal Facebook page will be available for the group members who you share posts with. We also host our programs on an app called periscope, and to gain access we ask you to connect to us through periscope so we can add you to a private group for live lectures. through this we get your name as well, but it is still important to make clear.

How We Use The Information 

What do we do with the information we collect? Simple, as we described before, we send you access to the programs you have purchased or contact you for a consultation with the email and name you have provided to us, along with verify your identity and prevent fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity. Also many times we contact you through Facebook as many of our clients contact us through Facebook. So we use your email you have provided to us to give you access to the program and recordings. If you have joined our email list we also send you emails with information content, and promotions from time to time.

How We Share Your Information

We share your information with our team who is in charge of making sure you receive your program and recordings timely along with connect to you if you have any question, concerns or requests.

Control Over Your Information

We want you to be in control of your information, so at any moment you have the right to delete your personal information from our data base. In this circumstance that you are in one of our programs and decide to delete your personal information, we will no longer be able to provide you with the programs content or recordings as your email is what we use to do so.

What We Use

Consent: We ask for your consent and cooperation to be able to give you access to the programs and recordings you have purchased from us. Again the only personal information we take from you are: Your Email and Name. Our payments are done through pay-pal so we don’t have access to or request your credit card information or any other form of payment.

We will from time to time update our privacy policy. I and when we do we will let you know one way or the other.
